How an Online Consultation Works
When you visit a doctor, he asks you questions and expects that you will give honest answers. The online consultation works in a similar manner. You will be asked questions by a licensed, experienced physician. The information they collect is then reviewed to determine if the medication you are requesting is appropriate. If you do not know exactly what medication is the best option, the online consultation can be used to determine what you should be prescribed. The intent is to provide you with the best possible medication for your needs while also preventing dangerous interactions with other medications, or allergic reactions. All information gathered during this process remains completely confidential.
The Ordering Process
Once the order is placed and the physician reviews the information, a decision will be made on whether it can be accepted or rejected. When an order is approved, the physician will then write a prescription which will be forwarded to the pharmacist. Throughout the process our qualified staff is checking for possible interactions or other concerns.
Medications
Due to FDA regulations, controlled substances are not offered. Writing a prescription for these medications requires a physical exam, so we are unable to dispense the medications. However, we do offer a range of other medications for your convenience. They include treatments for depression, parasites, allergies, anxiety, arthritis, headaches, tension, pain, birth control, sexual health, women’s health, men’s health, weight loss, blood pressure, skin care, muscle relaxers, cholesterol, motion sickness, diabetes, and stop smoking aids. Quality and Safety
All medications are regulated by the FDA. They are from the same suppliers the traditional pharmacies use. They are made with the same ingredients and are the same high quality. We offer ours at a lower price and without a prescription, but they are just as safe and effective as the ones available in your home town.
Privacy Policy
Your information is safeguarded and protected. We do not sell, trade, or give away information at any time or for any reason. All information given to us, including medical history and payment method, will be kept strictly confidential. High quality software is used to encrypt and protect the information, and all staff members are highly trained in the fine points of the HIPAA privacy act. We also take the time to check our hardware and computers to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that our clients remain fully protected.
Delivery Policies
Overnight deliveries with FedEx are used for all shipments. We can only ship to domestic street addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship overseas, or to P.O. boxes. Saturday deliveries are available, and we do require an adult signature before the medications will be delivered.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
Due to FDA regulations, once an order is filled it must be accepted by the customer. It can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. If you have ordered the wrong item, contact a pharmacist as soon as possible to try canceling the order before it is filled. Once an order is filled, however, it must be shipped and accepted. HIPAA and Licensure
All physicians and pharmacists are fully licensed in the United States. Physicians are also board certified, experienced, and highly qualified. All employees of the online pharmacy are fully bound by the laws and requirements outlined in the HIPAA privacy act.
